When people ask which book I think they should buy first, my immediate response is either QuickSilver or Funn 'n Games.

I co-authored QuickSilver with Steve Butler, a playmate of long standing. He and I not only wrote about games and initiatives that work, but included a leadership/facilitation section that emphasized how they worked, and how to apply them.

Why the name QuickSilver? We wanted a title that would play off the success of Silver Bullets. I wanted to call it More Ammunition from SilverBullets, but that title was considered too militant (and dumb), and rightly so.
